But really, while I love the fact that Instagram is constantly updating its platform based on consumer trends and behavior — and the valuable resources via @creators coming in DAILY — it doesn’t mean that you need to follow everything detail by detail or shift your entire strategy over one simple update.

Treat every update or social media “news” as an additional TOOL for success if it fits within your needs and workflow. But it will never make or break you if you decide that using it doesn’t honor the way you like to create & show up online.

At the end of the day, putting out consistently strong content for the people you’re trying to connect with will give you the growth you’re looking for. And I’m not just talking followers here. No one “update” can give that to you.
