Do Something That Makes You Uncomfortable
DO SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU UNCOMFORTABLE π₯ (seriously, at least once a week)
Story time: I was hanging with @christiannblake with the intention of shooting ONE photo idea for the two of us.:.and then I was kind of just feeling my manicure (thanks @hellobirdielab & @alina_hellobirdie).
So I put on my swimsuit, some fun earrings and lipstick, pulled down the backdrop, grabbed my pal, and just DID THINGS. And I am HAPPY ABOUT THE THINGS (this is just a preview π―).
I had no plan, no vision, spent 90% of the time laughing because βI donβt know what to do with my handsβ and just played.
Truth be told, closeups and portraits usually make me nervous. And sharing those photos here is even more scary hehehe because theyβre a little outside my norm.
But phew, that feels good at the same time. Stretching my creative muscles, one uncomfortable action at a time.
PS: never do something or be somewhere that makes you feel unsafe. Discomfort for the purpose of growth is what I want you to look for.
SO, HOW DID I DO?!
