Hustle Culture Is Toxic

Somewhere along the way, we were told that being “busy” or working harder (even if it means working for less money) we’d be rewarded. While you may be rewarded with more money or a fancy new title, you’re oftentimes sacrificing sleep, mental health, time with loved ones, and so much more.

Here’s the thing: you don’t have to burn yourself out and “hustle” to be successful.

Find more balance in working diligently on something you’re passionate about while working strategically to protect your energy.

My wish for you is to:

  • Have a plan and vision for your business or professional path, so you know what you’re working toward

  • Set boundaries in your business that prioritize your physical and mental health

  • Learn how to say “no” to opportunities that are not in alignment with your vision or worth

  • Stop comparing yourself to people who make you feel you’re not good enough or “ahead” enough

  • Prioritize yourself, your peace of mind, and happiness, overwork for the sake of working

WHO’S GOING TO LET GO OF HUSTLE CULTURE WITH ME?!
