Is Your Average Engagement Rate Normal?

IS MY ENGAGEMENT NORMAL?! While I’m not advocate to ~focus~ on numbers, knowing where your “numbers” stand is important in the business of influence.

- If you find yourself above average, RAISE YOUR RATES and highlight this as an area where you WIN when pitching yourself to brand partners

- If you find yourself below average, see this as an AREA OF OPPORTUNITY to put a little more focus on finding the right strategies to get you back on track; and find other areas where you WIN (are you a master creator, do you have a special skill, is your community small but mighty and high “converters” that shop and support everything you share, etc.)

AND HEY! Notice that as you grow, it all shrinks? Don’t get discouraged by “not having the same numbers I used to.” It’s all a normal part of social media patterns.
