FAQ As An Influencer Coach

FAQs in my realm of work as a business & social media coach for ~influencers~ & people of influence 📝 here are the ANSWERS:

1. There is no minimum number of followers to start working with brands, but you do need to show proof of having a strong COMMUNITY (think: engagement & follower testimonials) & CONSISTENCY in being an active account (think: months worth of strong content within your area of focus). Yes, some campaigns are looking for a certain follower count threshold because they may require features like “swipe up” in their ask…but there’s more than (hashtag ads) to do when you’re “working with brands” so don’t let the follower count stop you.

2. Shop your desk, pantry, beauty closet, actual closet and day to day life. Start with the brands you genuinely love & use because there’s a rich story there. Don’t wait for brands to reach out to YOU…this is a relationship business, go out there and start making introductions and telling brands what your platform is about and how you can offer value to each other.
