You Feel “Stuck" When Your Heart Voice Isn’t Being Heard

The incredible Nick Pags joined an Influence to Impact call last week to help the group get a little ~unstuck~ and it always went back to this. We aren’t thinking, listening to, or acting with our HEART VOICE enough.⁣

From consuming too much on social media, the information overload we carry, and the voices we’re constantly engaging with (or dodging), we just simply “think too much” and forget to feel and trust what we already know. It’s our intuition and energy that truly knows what we NEED to move forward and live in our fullest self.⁣

So, how do we take action?

  1. STOP SCROLLING

    Just take a day (or more) to disconnect. You just have to put a pause on the information and comparison overload to give your body the space to listen.⁣

  2. NOTICE YOUR BODY

    Truly start to pay attention to your inner voice and the feelings you get throughout your daily life. What feels good? What doesn’t? What shows up?⁣

  3. WRITE IT DOWN

Aka, a handy journal and brain dump. Sometimes dropping all that information or overthinking on paper helps us disconnect from it and start to let go, so we can start to feel more.⁣

And when you find that your head voice takes over and paralyzes you, just take a pause. Step away. Shake your body a little and remind yourself to just listen.⁣
